The course is a one stop shop for the students to understand the use of the Blockchains and crypto currencies in the Finance world and the sustainable regulations applied to this field
The course is organized in 2 parts:
1. Understanding and taking into account the growth of the Blockchains / cryptocurrencies amongst us.
2. Assessment of the regulations put in place by the EU on sustainable finance

Use of the technology in the financial system (including the explanation of the asset management industry processes and its future using this technology)

Comparison of decentralized finance to traditional finance

Part II:
Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Investing
New European regulation SFDR and its consequences
Recent huge changes in Europe as regards ESG reporting production
ESG investment strategies (Best in class, impact…) and risks factors assessment
Categorization of mutual funds, labels
Links between Fintech (including Blockchain) and sustainable finance
