This course aims to help students mastering the principles and strategies in Supply Chain Management, especially in an international business context.After learning this course, students are supposed to understand the importance of Supply Chain Management to a company that holds international supply chains or facing an international market.
Furthermore, students are supposed to be capable to analyze the challenges and difficulties related to Supply Chain issues and give proposition of solutions

The first sessions are aim to define the Supply Chain Management.
We will go through several issues related to supply chains.
Each session will tackle one specific supply chain, such as :
- Sales Forecast and Network Planning
- Customer Orders Management and Distribution
- Transport Issues (Rules, Customs, Green transport, …)
Active participation is crucial and a good English level is a must (to be able to understand and communicate in English – both written and oral)
