Descriptif
Innovation is a central driver of competitiveness, growth and long-term survival for firms and economies. This course provides a broad overview of how innovation emerges, spreads and is managed across different contexts. Students examine innovation at the individual, organisational, market and systemic levels and explore how firms use innovation to create strategic advantage.Particular attention is given to innovation systems, technology diffusion and market adoption, the management of innovation within firms, and intellectual property and knowledge management. The international and European dimensions of innovation are also considered, including how institutions, ecosystems and public policies shape managerial choices. Through lectures, case studies, discussions and a group project, students connect theory with practice and translate innovation concepts into concrete managerial recommendations.
