The aim of the course is to raise students to be able to get an helicopter view of the suppliers market, and to know how to improve the attractivity of an organisation in case of monopolistic/duopolistic situation, and within innovation.The objective is to transform student from reactive to a proactive buyer, to improve their communication to suppliers and other stakeholders in and outside the organisation.
