Descriptif

Drawing on leading international references and professional expertise, this course equips participants with the essential management skills required to pursue a successful international career. It focuses on developing effective leadership, collaborative approaches, and the ability to operate confidently in diverse professional environments.

Delivered face-to-face, the course is highly practical and experiential. Students engage in realistic, context-specific situations that mirror those they are likely to encounter in international roles. Through these simulations and hands-on activities, they develop the ability to manage projects and teams, navigate conflicts, make informed decisions, communicate effectively, and negotiate successfully—equipping them to make an immediate and meaningful impact in their international careers.

Course Sessions

Session 1 — Navigate the rules and codes of international environments
Understand the cultural, professional, and organizational codes that shape international workplaces and learn how to adapt effectively.

Session 2 — Build cross-cultural networks and foster trust
Develop meaningful international relationships and learn how mentoring can build trust, strengthen networks, and support professional growth.

Session 3 — Adapt communication to people and situations
Strengthen the soft skills needed to read cultural cues, adapt communication styles, and build effective relationships across cultures.

Session 4 — Empower and engage multicultural teams
Learn how to bring diverse perspectives together, foster inclusion, and create the conditions for multinational teams to collaborate effectively on shared projects.

Session 5 — Leverage collaborative tools to drive innovation
Explore collaborative approaches and digital tools that enable international teams to co-create, innovate, and turn diverse ideas into solutions.

Session 6 — Master negotiation across cultures
Develop practical negotiation techniques to navigate cross-cultural differences, manage conflict constructively, and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
