The aim of this course is to support students in their personal development through theater and movement. This course aims to develop qualities of expression, gesture, stress management, team management, speaking, communication, creativity and self-confidence through the practice of body expression and theater.Giving you the tools to overcome your fears through body and breathing awareness. Develop listening skills and teamwork through partner observation exercises, building self-confidence and trust in others.
Discover the voice as a means of communication: from inner voice to outer voice. Vocal experiments inspired by theatrical exercises. Experience how words and gestures, the spoken word and the body, inspire and feed off each other. Vocal work will be offered in a spirit of discovery and sharing.

The objective of this course is to help the student in his/her personal development through
