Leadership and InfluenceThis face-to-face course provides a practical and innovative introduction to leadership and influence in an international business environment. It combines key leadership concepts with practical tools and techniques, enabling participants to understand different leadership styles and approaches and apply them effectively across diverse cultural and professional contexts.
Participants will develop their ability to achieve strategic international business objectives, and learn how to effectively engage and inspire multinational teams and global customers.
Effective leadership directly influences growth, performance, innovation, customer relationships, and the ability of an organization to compete internationally.
