LEARNING GOAL 1 : Students will master state-of-the-art knowledge and tools in management fields in general, as well as in areas specific to the specialized field of management.
Students will identify a business organization’s operational and managerial challenges in a complex and evolving environment.
Students will understand state-of-the-art management concepts and tools and use them appropriately.
Students will implement appropriate methodologies to develop appropriate solutions for business issues.

Description

Ce cours vise à démontrer que le développement d’une entreprise n’est plus seulement lié à ses propres facteurs internes, mais dépend de plus en plus de facteurs externes. C’est pourquoi, le management des opérations ou plus précisément le Supply Chain Management s’est imposé aux entreprises comme un dispositif stratégique de coordination globale associant l’ensemble des acteurs de la chaîne de flux. En effet, le supply chain management est l’art et la manière de mettre à disposition le bon produit, au bon moment, au bon endroit, avec la bonne quantité, au moindre coût et au bon client. Le Supply Chain Management apporte les outils et les concepts qui permettent d'identifier et de redessiner les flux physiques et informationnels : De la production à l'approvisionnement, du stockage vers l'achat et la distribution, ce module offre une compétence transversale afin de mieux comprendre les nouveaux défis des futurs managers, notamment, le déploiement d’un management de la Supply Chain qui vise l’intégration progressive de l’amont et de l’aval de l’entreprise (fournisseurs et clients) pour l’obtention de la performance globale et de la création de valeur.

Séance 1 : Introduction à la Supply Chain Séance 2 : Les Systèmes d’Information du SCM (APS, SCE, MES, ...) Séance 3 : Les ERPs avec quelques exemples (SAP & BAAN) Séance 4 : Etude de cas avec l’ERP Prélude Séance 5 : Flux Tirés Vs Flux Poussés & Introduction à la boucle MRP2 Séance 6 : Planification long terme : élaboration d’un PIC avec différents scénarios Séance 7 et 8 : Planification à moyen et court terme : élaboration d’un PDP et CBN avec différents exemples Séance 9 : Planification de la distribution et le lien MRP-DRP Séance 10 : Gestion des Stocks & Lean Management (Remarque : le découpage des séances est donné à titre indicatif, car l'enseignant s'adapte avec le rythme des étudiant(e)s)
