Description

The course will give the students a broad perspective on the impact of leadership on organizations. It will provide the students an overview of the skills and attribute that leaders should work on in order to drive the performance of their organizations with focus on people, relation between innovation and leadership model, strategic leadership, oral presentations and conflict management. Students will be given the opportunity to interact and participate to several group work sessions as well as personal presentations. After this course students will have a practical understanding of why and how to be a leader.

Outline

Being an Entrepreneur is a journey. Along this the entrepreneur will work, interact, manage, drive individuals and teams. Students in this course should acquire the tools for leadership. This pragmatic and experience-based course will provide the students a beginning of understanding of the importance of leadership as well as key elements to understand and practice in order to be a good leader. As each individual is unique this course requires an active participation of each student during the course. The course will contain case studies, group work as well as individual work and presentations.
