The objective of this course is twofold: first, it aims at providing a broad understanding of factors influencing behavior in organizations, at the level of the individual employee and of groups. Second, it derives practical implications for the main activities of human resource management. On the level of individuals, we will focus on aspects such as personality, motivation, learning, and decision making. At the level of groups, we will address topics such as group performance, relationships, and power. Finally, we will discuss issues related to leadership and its impact on employee behavior.Organisation pédagogique
