Having as background the particularities of organizational contexts, this course focuses on ethics-related questions regarding Human Resources Management. Ethics and HR functions are therefore considered under conceptual and practical perspectives aiming at a broader understanding on how they affect individuals within companies.
- Examine , based on theoretical elements and their own experiences, real situations in which ethics at work is at stake.
- Analyze issues relating to ethics in business context.
- Formulate solutions on Human Resources Management to manage contentious circumstances related to ethics.
- Defend their positioning as managers facing situations in which ethical aspects are a source of disagreement among collaborators.
